Ok................here is the deal, I do frequent and enjoy posting over at PMWF. I have over the years made many friends there. Some of whom have found there way here ie: Chris, Ed, Hector. The WIS of the month is done by open nomination, I was floored to even be nominated but honored that enough people thought me a worthy canidate. Obviously when the votes we tallied and the fact that it landed on my birthday 7/15 I was selected and honored to be so. That's it in a nut shell.
