My Boschett RR has impressive accuracy. (Actually I'm rather stunned at just how accurate it is)  I do not have a great deal of experience with automatic movemements, though.  I have read in several places where people have mentioned a "settling in" period for an automatic movement, after which having the movement adjusted is the next thing the person does.  Though the Boschett's accuracy by no means concerns me, I was wondering if there is a generally-accepted rule of thumb by which to go by to know when it is time to have an automatic watch's movement adjusted.

Well there are many rules of thought on it but for me I don't mess with it till I see a definite change like all the sudden running slower or faster than normal. If working just fine no reason to mess with it. ;)

But yea the RR was done very nice. Keith did well out the gate with it for sure. :)

30 days is what both ETA and Miyota state as being a justation period for breaking in a watch/movement by wearing, winding daily for the movement to settle inhand6.gif

If however you have a automatic watch that is running way too fast or slow and is very visible to you most WIS will say you have a problem and the watch needs servicing or returning.;)
