I like those.  Can I ask you a couple of questions?

Are those both considered GMT watches because they have four hands?

Is it the case the fourth hand rotates in sync with the hour hand, but is set to a different city's time zone?

Are they also considered 24 hour watches since the bezels goes to 24 hours versus a diver's bezel?

Have you been happy with the Vostok's overall quality?  Does the crown seem smooth and sturdy?

I've never had one of these watches but have an interest in them

Thanks in advance.

A lot of WISs would not consider this V-E to be a "GMT" watch...but I do.  Although the inner bezel is fixed for "24 hour" reading, the outer bezel rotates to reflect a second time zone.  Having used both, I prefer this V-E method, as the crown-driven GMT hand on the other style (like this Bernhardt) can be tricky to operate and keep set on the desired second time zone.  For me the V-E bezel method is a simpler solution for achieving the same goal.  I admit that it's not as "cool" as having another crown-driven hand, though.  I've been happy so far with the quality and the crown operation.  Here are the innards:
