Well I'm far from a typical buyer but buy most all mine online now days. Besides the trusted online store and shopping networks I have dealt with many a gray market and pre-owned buying from on the forums too. Things can change by the month, week and day. Just always do your home work and check out the seller the best you can. ;)

For the most part, I buy on-line. I do have one select store for high-end preowned which is East Coast Jewelry in Florida. As far as reliable web site and on-line dealers, that's a tough chore you've asked of us...so, best to ask for feed back on specific dealers.
