On the plus side, he's ONLY asking 1/2 the "retail" price!  What a guy ;)

I don't think you USA guys quite understand.

If a collecter from outside CONUS wants to buy from Snoop and the many TV watch sales shows that are available to you - HE CAN'T!!!If a collecter wanted to buy that  particular watch their ONLY option is via the various sales threads in watch forums.

NOT one of these type of sales outlets will sell to anyone but a USA address, even if we are willing to pay additional freight, insurance etc.

It's all well and good for you, but spare a thought for the 'rest of the world'

Cheers

It is a racket that is full of cheats and heartless greedy people , everybody knows somebody who needed surgery or medicine ,but it was declined by the insurance company for some technicality .... I am regulated so hard by the state of WI, that I am allowed to make a meager living ,yet I pay and generate hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes for this state...... I am  being sensitive this morning as I will pay for another clutch repair for somebody who bought a 3 thousand dollar car 5 weeks ago and rode the clutch untill its junk .... I will lose money on that whole deal now, because a buyer never learned how to properly drive a manual .........

Hey CJ,

Dont forget about us Realtors...we usually rank just above or just below you guys:D I know the frustration buddy, but we haven't been around this long without a high level of integrity as evident by you taking responsibility for a boneheadmistake.gif Hang in there pal:)

I laugh when I see a sales post that uses the "retail price" as a guage of the discount...  especially on "shop at home" watches... b/c they have NO retail price..

Okay, okay I’m sorry for stereotyping and rubbing folk’s feelings the wrong way. I apologize  and it won’t happen again.
