the bracelets finally arrived for the Korsbek Ocean Explorers and it looks and fits sweet imhohand6.gif

....I was reading of some great deal of difficulty installing it on the Korsbek forum with guys using dremels and files and all sorts of different advice

...all it took was a watchmakers mallot using the soft side and a few light taps on the lug screw and it was on and adjusted in minutes!yahoo.gif

The bracelet makes the watch imho!yourock.gif Looks great O. Guess the old hammer mechanic had a good idea!;) What's up with WIS having problems getting the bracelet to mount? Seems odd...

TY Markhand6.gif...the tolerances are very tight and applying pressure with just the use of your fingers isn't enough....once I lined the lug screw/tube up with the 1st hole on the endlink I just tapped it lightly with the watchmakers mallet and it slipped right through...and it fits tight!...btw the bracelet is very comfortable and like you said it really makes the watch perfect.gif

TY Guys...the bracelet is on and will remain there as it fits like a glove!hand6.gif

...I can see how some could have problems cause' the endlinks are super tight fitting between the lugs and that is awesome imho....once the holes line up ( you can use a paperclip and run it through 1st) it still needs some coaxing as the holes are equally tight....using the mallot does the trick and these solid endlinks have no movement whatsoever yahoo.gif

That bracelet looks great OscarThumbsUp02.gif. Has a watchadoo-esque look to it, yet distinct in it own right.

Looks great!!!  Mine shipped from Seattle on Friday, so I should see it early next week.  I was getting a little worried reading about people needing a dremel and/or files to make the end links work.

If I need a little help do you mind road tripping with your hammer to Chicago? ;)

TY Murphhand6.gif...and Nord I wouldn't reccomend a hammer :D I got kinda nervous too hearing about all the difficulties but my endlinks installed easily and it took longer to size the bracelet than install the endlinks...here is the watchmakers mallot I use watch2.gif
