I have the tool that Pax posted a picture of and that tool is awesome!

I used to have the little vice like pin pushers but IMHO they suck......either that or I suck because I bent a few of those things.

I just re sized a Monster on Monday using that vice-like tool and it worked perfectly. Never lost a collar and had it re sized in no time. I highly recommend it.
