My understanding was that Mike was indeed deported a year or so ago, but about two months ago he appears to have somehow gotten permission to re-enter the USA . Mike really should explain all of this, so people don't guess and speculate as to the truth. Cam

In the age of lowered expectations there is no such thing as bad press as long as you are able to deliver on your promises. Everyone I know run there Co. buy remote control, can not be everywhere at once.
