Well Interesting Find here.  Just purchased a 1960's Bucherer Chrono as you probably have seen as I have also had an interest in Bucherer.

Anyone out there have History or Movement Information regarding Rolex Produced Movements for Bucherer.

I just popped the hood on this Valjoux 7733 and Noted the "R" symbol/Logo/ abbreviation. Anyone have info on Movement Brand Abbreviations?

Oh My HAHA-I found the answer I was seeking to this Question -  Thanks to all for not laughing Hee Hee-I am new to Valjoux Complications and Chronographs in general.

Now regarding the Bucherer and Rolex Relationship besides being retailers of Rolex Watches: Anyone ever find the answers to these MYTHS?

Heard some say Bucherer Signed Rolex Watches (Rolex signed Bucherer Dials?!?)- I have never seen any - and heard of a Bucherer tank on an auction house listing with Signed Rolex Movent depicting Rolex Hairsprings and so fourth? Heard Rolex produced Hands and Cases for Bucherer?

Anyway if anyone ever finds the information regarding Rolex parts in Bucherer Watches-Let the Public Know as I know Breitling and Omega were contracted by Bucherer to supply Lemania Movements to Buchere-Or is this incorrect too?

HAHA!

Have just been in touch with a rep from Bucherer Service and he will reply again with more info.

He is stating in the 1950's Rolex contracted Watches from Bucherer in which the whole watch has been Rolex Produced-with Bucherer marked Dials.

He informed me that to squash all myths of Single parts (ie. Movements only, cases Only, Hands and Other Various parts only) as rumored around the Globe to be produced for Bucherer by Rolex-It never happened.

He is trying to send me Marking information and Model Information Re: Rolex/Bucherer and Pics if he can dig them up.

So many Myths regarding the Bucherer and Rolex relationship and people selling Vintage Bucherer watches claiming Rolex Parts and such to boost value
(haha You know who you are)

Anyway will forward and post the message when I recieve it here.
