Well in the last six months I have been especially hard on my watches at work chiping the crystal on one and shearing a link on another. I have decided to go with something along the lines of a G-Shock as a  work watch and was wondering if you guys had any suggestions? I am a Paramedic and I work all over West Alabama in both rural and big city enviroments and in the course of a day I can be everywhere from a nursing home to a ditch cutting someone out of a car so I need something that can keep up.
I have been doing some looking around and I really like this mudman option here:
http://www.amazon.com/Casio-G-Shock-Mudman-Atomic-GW9000A-1/dp/B000UV0MJS/ref=sr_1_29?ie=UTF8&s=watches&qid=1235411173&sr=8-29
What do yall think?

G-Shock is a great choice and there are many options there. Mine has been through allot. Timex may be able to take a licking but G-Shock can take a litteral beating. Mine is my main go to watch when doing chores inside and out.
