J.C Penney now has a list of watch repair services I saw the other day while in the local store here on the Seiko counter....you may want to look into it in your area...use the search engine here for Seiko modders as well like Duarte hand6.gif

You can also try http://www.chronograph.com/store/index.asp for the part...they have almost everything Seiko, and then have a local watchguy do the installation.
