Hi jacknjen

I have an Orange Monster (OM) - and I think you'll find that many others here do, too. Check out the daily "what are u wearing" thread - it is littered with cool shots of OMs in action. Once you get the orange, it introduces you to the Sumos, and the Tunas, and...  your collection is on the way!

My Orange Monster is one of the few that have lasted through over 40 watch purchases and sales. It is a consistent timekeeper, has great lume by which the others are all judged, solid and built like a tank. I think you'll like it. Wears well at 42mm. The Monster uses collars and pins in its bracelet which most owners find a bit of a pain (but its easy - there is a thread here on 3T to help you out) and it has a small diver's extension built into the bracelet as well. Just a great all-rounder, which is a staple watch in many collections.

Enjoy your new watch in good health - it really is a classic.  Post some pics here when you get it and let us know what YOU think ;)

Love the 'Stang in your avatar! I have a soft spot for fast Fords with American Racing wheels...

Cheers from hot Western Australia on Easter Sunday!

My flavor was black monster, and it is great.  As was mentioned the lume is second to none, i rotate between the bracelet and a NATO strap. Keeps great time..a good purchase for sure

LOVE the Monster!!!!  It is a classic!  The Orange was one of my 1st...then I got the Black Monster and then lucked onto the ever so rare Yellow Monster.  I still have both the Orange and Black, but, alas...the Yellow slipped away when the offer to sell got so high it was near impossible to keep!

Everyone needs an OM or a BM.  You cant go wrong.
Have had a BM for quite a while and have decided to purchase an OM
the next time there is a decent sale.

Hi,

I had both the Orange and the Black and was very happy with them. I gave one to my son and one to my brother and they are also happy with the watches. Their lume is powerful and they look good on Nato or Zulu straps. For sure your OM will make you happy. Regards.
