Can anyone shed some light on the meaning of the colored dots on the dials of some ZODIACs? Thanks

They denoted different "lines" of increasing quality/spec on some Zodiac watche sin the early 80s timeframe... I think red was the top "professional" level, and have seen silver, gold, and blue as well. (But am not sure of their order -- google it up!)
