After watching the "How it's made" on the Science channel I've been looking at some Tourbillion watches online. Some cool watches. I'd have to hit one of those Power ball or Mega Millions lotteries to afford one of them though. But here are some that stood out for me. Enjoy.;) http://elitechoice.org/tag/tourbillon/ http://www.geekwatches.com/category/raymeyer http://www.sybarites.org/2008/04/jaeger-lecoultre-amvox-3-tourbillon-gmt/ http://www.timebooth.com/wordpress/2009/01/28/4494.html http://www.hour-hand.com/media/blogs/HourHand/bell-ross-BR-INSTRUMENT-MINUTEUR-TOURBILLON.jpg woohoo.gifwoohoo.gifwoohoo.gif

I caught the show last night. Simply amazing how they prep and assemble those tiny gears, springs and bridges. It's like nano technology meets fine artistry. $150k for that watch! The only thing they didn't comment on was how long it takes to complete one watch, (unless I missed that).watch2.gif

It depends on the watch on how long it can take from the very beginning phase. Days or weeks for some and months for others.
