I saw a good looking Zeno Airplane diver with a nice discount.

Anyone has experience with the brand and/or with that specific model? Saw in the net a couple of lume shots and they look good.

Sounds strange that it comes with an "
extra thick, double hardened mineral crystal" and not with sapphire.

All feedback and comments are appreciated!

I've had the chance to handle and wear one of these and this is by all accounts a large solid diver's watch. Very cool imho!:D

I have a Zeno Airplane black/red and I have to say it is a really nice watch. It is a thick wearing watch too.

Ral, Zeno is ok. I used to have a commemorative Big Pilot/chrono with a rare Dubois-Depraz movement sometime in 2005 and it initially ran +15 seconds a day for about 5 months. After some regulating work, it worked out fine. It was on thick Zeno pilot strap leather with rivets. Sold it in mid-2006 to a buddy who still has it to this day and he still loves it. Somehow I regret selling that commemorative model.face4.gif

The double mineral glass is to keep as faithful as possible to the historic pieces wherein mineral crystals were abundant and sapphire glass wasn't developed.

After you scratch up your glass, you might want to change into sapphire, though.
