New company...looking pretty good. Based in Asia. I think I'll be grabbing one...always looking to size up the competition.

Cool. I like the brown and blue. Love that it has the mesh bracelet stock hand6.gif
It has the same mvt used by Benarus in the Moray and Sea Devil it seems, no? I think it is also in the 1000m Deep Blue divers. My CF dial Invicta diver uses it too. Never had problems with it though my ETA watches seem smoother and quieter.
Hucky, in other countries, they use the comma rather than the dot to separate decimals, and the dot as thousand separators.
So $1,250.50 would be 1.250,50$ and they'll tend to put the currency after the amount...it's basically all reversed:)
it was challenging for me to adapt when I first moved here:)

to the OP, how did you find them?

Brent, thanks for the enablermistake.gif.

Like most of you I fell for the brown one with the mesh and I think it looks awesome. My only brown watch is an old Seiko Bullhead and this would make a good addition. The dimensions are on my sweetspot too, 45x17x24......kinda on the small side but still close to perfect. The mesh intrigues me and i think the price of US$499 is just right on the money. There is value for me with all that build description.

I just emailed the guys at Helson and inquired if they would sell me face-to-face because I will be vacationing in HK with my family in January 2010. I think I'll shoot this down really fast.

If my 2 sons like it too, maybe I'll squeeze the trigger for a tri-burst and negotiate sweeter pricing for a triosubtlelaugh.gif. I guess my grail keeps fading and fading:(

Brent, I blame you for the grail-fadesubtlelaugh.gif

Hi all. Two things I notice on the web-pics and which would need to be right in the final production versions are the slightly grainy finish to the outer case edges and flat surfaces, and the alignment of the date wheel in the window. If they get this right on the production versions - I say go for it. Good value nonetheless.

Cheers - IanM hand6.gif

Very interesting and refreshing.  Just like a few of you guys, I really like the black/orange one .  It seems that they use the same bracelet that will be also available on the Benarus GMT auto, hummm.  Very nice looking timepiece with perfect specs. at very affordable price, well done.  Asia is becoming a big player...

Thanks for sharing! hand6.gif
