I recently discovered the joys of "Flieger" watches and now own 5 of 'em - 1 Chase-Durer, 2 Steinharts and 2 Debaufré's including this GORGEOUS Limited Edition! ![]() _____________________________________ Anyway, since I really love the old 'column-wheel', bi-compax, chrono HW mechs., I've been considering buying a Russian Pilot - particularly the so-called Poljot 3133 - which is really built by "Maktime" in Russia! So, anyone in here own a "Moscow Classic" Watch with a Poljot/Maktime-3133 movement ??? ... ![]() _____________________________________ BTW, the following "Moscow Classics", apparently older versions of the one above, are almost-universally available on websites throughout Europe as well as here in the USofA ... ![]() _____________________________________ FWIW, I think there are really terrific-looking little chrono's - ![]() Should I worry that the Moscow Classic's are essentially 'Clones' of the ORIGINAL Poljot 23-J Bi-Compax Chrono's now being made by the tens of thousands by 'Maktime' in Russia! ... ??? ______________________________________________ TIA for ANY feedback on these (hopefully, robust) li'l chrono's! ... ![]() Last edited on Wed Dec 23rd, 2009 02:29 pm by |
