What would be the preferred brand choice between Nauticfish, MKII, or Bathy's?

Thanks for your help!

MK2 by far....Bill actually massages the movement to run perfectly and QC is outstanding. No comparison IMHO

Personally I have owned a NauticFish, only reason I flipped it was it was too much like a few other watches i have, and have heard a lot of great things about MKII and would not hesitate to buy one....have not heard many good things about Bathy though, seems like there may be quality issues, that is based solely on what i have read....so i would go with NF or MKII

I think that each of the three have great choices...it's personal preference. I am more drawn to MKII and Bathys myself, but I've seen some nice Nauticfish.

out of those 3 only MKII as it is owned and run by a WIS with a great deal of respect and knowledge in the industry....and I would suggest you do some serious research as all movements are not the same even if they all claim to be the same...ie:eta 2824-2 etc....;)....do not confuse the new Nauticfish with the original company back in 05' that produced the original Nauticfish and was made in Germany with a fully decorated eta powering it.hand6.gif

I know that a lot of people don't like them, but I have always liked the stylings of the Bathys Benthic.  The pricing .. well that's a different story; but the actual watch I like.  One of the elements that I've always liked about Bathys is the rubber strap that they come on, which I think really makes it look like a dive watch, kind of giving it a swiss built seiko feel :)

I don't own any of the 3 brands but have read up a bit on each.

My first choice would be the MKII and next would be Nauticfish. The designs of the MKII are more laid-back and staid while the Nauticfish seems more up-to-date.

The choice therefore would be which design philosophy you subscribe to for the watch's intended purpose.:)

I don't own or know much about any of those brands. I'd most likely go MKII, I think they operate here in PA
