I'm liking this new one from Candino!hand6.gif BASELNEWS 2010 PlanetSolar by CANDINO ![]() PlanetSolar (03/2010) In order to confirm its support for PlanetSolar, the first round-the-world trip powered by solar energy, Candino is inspired for the design of its watch by that of the boat conceived for the realisation of this incredible ecological adventure. The model has a dynamic identity, accentuated by the asymmetric design of the 44.5 mm case. The crown protection evokes the lines of the giant hulls of PlanetSolar. The shape of the dial reproduces the structure of the 500 square metres of photovoltaic panels surmounting the catamaran. Thanks to the magnifying lens over the date, integrated into the glass, and to the inserts of luminescent material, the clarity is perfect. The GMT function is provided by a fourth hand; this means that local time and that of another time zone can be displayed simultaneously. This additional hand tracks the 24 hours of the day on an external scale. On the bezel, day and night are represented by black and grey semi-circles which add a touch of style. This watch is available with a grey and white dial. Three versions with a black dial and coloured indexes are also available. Hi O - you sure that pic is of the correct model? No GMT hand, no cyclops, and a few more missing details. Just checking... IanM hand6.gif

I like it- nice and clean. A cyclops would clutter it up IMO
