Hey everyone looooooong time lurker coming out of the woodwork here...

I actually received my artego diver yesterday and was most unfortunately flabbergasted to find the second hand not attached, just floating and fluttering aimlessly between the dial and crystal...looks like it may have come off during shipping...Now, I have since emailed Robert and informed him of my plight and was told to either have it repaired by a watchmaker and being reimbursed by Robert, or just sending it back to Hong Kong for repair...

So the question is what would you do, and is a detached second hand easy enough to just take to a watch smith for repair???

Bummer Mario. You're in Seoul right? Given that I think I would send it back and have the repair done via Robert.

here's a pic taken last night....I am waiting on Roberts reply in response to weather or not the warranty will be void if i just decide to have it repaired here vs sending it back to Hong Kong...However I am starting to think that patience in this case is a good thing and am leaning toward sending it back for repair, who knows tho...

I would send it back...Robert is a good guy and it will be taken care of quickly imho....these watches were shipped direct from the factory so I doubt Robert was aware...hand6.gif
