I LIKE the look. I prefer the off-white dial. But, there is no lumn on the indicies on that model. Elysee has a couple of models with that crown. I'm sure plenty of others do as well. Most likely ChronoSwiss uses it.

As for pricing on ebay, some of the German vendors I shop have recently raised their shipping costs (a lot). I don't know why.

So whats the verdict on the spitfire? I think its different enough to have at some younger price points though.

yeah I've got a couple of years to catch up on. I like the spitfire-the PVD case was the really seller. Heavy solid feeling case and you have to give the pushers a fair bit if pressure but over all I thought 'pretty good chrono for the money. 260.00 cnd when all said and done so I'm not complaining.  the minutes dial is not exact except for all the 5 min markers which was but surprising. If you don't like to wear watches snug you'll find the crown is really sharp and can dig into you hand.  For me I like it and found good value for the money. I've had it for almost a year now.

What a dusty thread! Not bad looking. Interesting a current member should have one in reserve. Now that's cool!
