Porsche Design launch a new Dive Watch:p'6780. This watch is powered by an automatic movement, handles depths of up to 1000 metres and features a dial that offers excellent readability in the dark.

Eterna is owned by Porshe Design, so similar looks are not by accident.

+1...agree with Oscar...Prefer the Eterna dial design, but overall a cool piece.

Did not realize that Eterna was owned by Porsche Design...

Yup, the Eterna looks better but thanks for the post anyway. Always good to know what watches and designs are out there.

That is a design gimmick in my book.  Not a practical diver.  Imagine that watch snagging if it opens while diving.  Can't get my head around it.....

I knid of like it, agreed maybe not totally practical as a diver and its a bit of a gimmick but interesting.
