Ok, SO I been told that sometimes, its all about me, and yes, I can admit that. when I get what I ask for or have been wanting, occasionally I forget the people who made that happen for me. So. I would like to personally thank some people here who took care of me and went above and beyond their call of duty in dealings with them. Here they are in no particular order.

Martin at Orsa. Since my first hammy homage I bought to an email he replied to last month, he has been nothing but attentive,  caring and helpful. I have owned over 6 different Orsas and he has made my experience with the company exceptional.

Ralf at Benarus. My first boutique dive watch. I am an original owner of a Barracuda, and Ralf worked with me from beginning to end on that deal when I was terrified to just randomly send money to some company I didnt know.  Thank you Ralf. Also thank you Steve, you reply to emails with a quickness That i eventually hope to achieve.

Anders Tan at Dievas. I have only had one deailing with him, but his response to my question and possible need made me want to be his friend for life. Quick response and offer to fix my problem (which ended up not being a problem). These are the kinds of people that have convinced me to ONLY get boutique divers anymore.

And lastly, but most Certainly not least.
CHRIS at Baliha'i
WOW. Buddy. THANKS SO MUCH!
So, I lost the end piece of my Bali metal bracelet somewhere into the deep dark depths of my sectional couch. I am VERY Anal when it comes to my watch pieces and such. After 5 days of digging I realized the ONLY way to get this thing out, was going to be me "spelunking" into the depths of the couch. with a knife, a hammer, and a flashlight. Such is my OCD on watches, that I was fully prepared and even went so far as to slice a 14 inch piece open in the back. (hidden, so mama couldnt see) and then after peering into its depths, and seeing all the hidden secrets (so THATS where that half eaten bag of chips went!) I realized that it was going to be Impossible to get the piece, unless I literally hammered off the arm of the couch.  Email to Chris, he went out of his way, took care of me and made me a happy man. AND, Mama doesnt have to come home to the couch in pieces. (although eventually she is gonna see the slice, but I hope to have a new sectional by then anyway. ) Kudos to you Chris! a gentleman as well as a Scholar. (?)

Anyway. I just wanted to give the proverbial shout out to these 4 people who have made my watch experiences even more pleasurable.

Thank you. you rock.gif

+1 for Anders for me.  I've never dealt with a Singapore business before and he's made an incredible first impression on me.
