All I can see Jeff, is that Rolex uses the term red gold on it's own site: But not as an appellation. They rather registered them own Rolesor and Everose appellations. http://www.rolex.com/en#/rolex-watches/datejust/rolesor My guess is that tempting a lawsuit against groups like that without any strong case is pure craziness. So 2 things: Aire is megalomaniac and suicidal or he really have something... Don't forget also that all of this is happening in the US. The land where you can sue and win over major companies because they forgot to write on them microwave: "Do not use for drying your pet"...So who knows what will happen. ![]()
