Still amazes me what people will put in their luggage. I never put anything in my luggage that I'm not willing to lose.

Couldn't these people just carry on their watches?

When traveling ,all my watches are following me in my handbag and the most expensive one stays on my wrist.
Never goes in the luggages...

Sad story for sure but I agree... Why???
When I go to France and I'm going next week BTW :) I always take 4 or 5 watches, I usually wear the most expensive and I put the others in my travel watch case in my carry on bag.
Now the tough part is to decide which are accompanying me on vacation next week??! :)

Specialy with all previous stealings who happened on Charles-de-Gaulle airport Brice... Don't know if you pass by it: They had an organized team back in time and every new employee who would not steal, would be fired by the team-leader for obscure reasons...blah.gif

Same MO for me....2 most expensive watches on my wrists and the rest in the pockets of my laptop bag. Nothing of value in my checked-in luggage except the extra straps, strap changing tools and cleaning cloths.
