Dear Mr Snead, we have good news for you! Your parcel with your watch is on the way to you. Today we phoned with FedEx and they informed us about that they tried to deliver your parcel but the delivery failed. We ask you for getting in touch with FedEx. The free toll number is as follows: 8.004.6..blah blah blah We hope that you can hold your watch in your hands as soon as possible.
