I sent an email to Hamilton USA and it was confirmed that TJ Maxx is an Authorized Dealer by Odesa Parsons. I followed up by calling the US Headquarters of the Service Center in Secaucus, NJ. Melody, the sales coordinator for Hamilton stated that TJ Maxx is not an "official" Authorized Dealer, but that there is an agreement with Hamilton to repair the "older" watches (her words) that were purchased from TJ Maxx. Bottom line is that the Secaucus service center is not suppose to charge for repair work that is still under warranty. I requested that Melody, contact the appropriate people in Secaucus to ensure that this miscommunication is fixed.
