Talk to me about your Croton Diver. They just went down to $249 which seems like a nice deal.

Sorry for the late reply, TD. I just saw this a bit ago.

Would you settle for about 1300 words in the form of a blog? I have to thanks you for the inspiration to write instead of sitting on my can and watching the 25th anniversary edition of Reds.

Here's a link to the blog, just updated with my impressions on the Croton. Not too many new pix. clickon them they show at full resolution.

Finally new content!!

Cheers,

Pax

Great Blog Mark!... nice Pics and well written! Only purchasing a few Watches from Slop is pretty good under the new Host with the Most!(bs)!...when Tim was there I bought 100 Watches easily over the TT years at Slop as did many other WIS and even after 2 1/2 years since TT's departure I don't believe Slops Watch program has recovered from his leaving...mistake.gif Slop still gets some nice Timepieces/Name Brands and if you are patient some nice deals as well..this Croton seems to be one of them! hand6.gif

Tony,

I have this watch and have to agree with Pax on all points.  The color is different and the watch is solid and big.  I too found the clasp on the bracelet a bit of a dissapointment, but it works.  I think I have a couple pics in the new watch area (not nearly as good as Pax's).  I have no regrets buying it.

You're more than welcome, Tony. I think you should pull the trigger while they have some left in pineapple!!

And thanks folks for the kind words on the blog. Makes me feel like I'm doing something moderately creative instead of toiling for the MAN at all times!!

Pax
