I've been doing some lurking on another nameless forum where post count is King and really like some of the silly watch questions that come up. I am serious!! I think its interesting to see how other WIS feel about different watches and their everday use.

Along those lines I had a morbid thought and wondered what I might wear after death. There won't be any viewing or burial as I prefer cremation, but I would have to go into the great unknown with a timepiece, but which one? Do you grab your favorite or leave it behind? What would it be? I have to admit, I cannot answer the question but to say perhaps there is no need for timepieces on the other side?

Have I lost my mind?

Pax

I think it's pretty selfish to burn up a perfectly good watch.  I believe the transition into the unknown would be smoother if you performed one last selfless act and left your watches to someone deserving like myself.  Anyone interested in easing the transition into the unknown feel free to PM me with shipping instructions.
