Tony...you are right about Berg...he is a good guy!hand6.gif...and did anyone else read my post?...I stated favorable e-mails have transpired between Martin and me as well as apologies between the two of us for words said whether on open forum or in private and have been accepted :) If anyone insulted the integrity of 3T it was not Berg as he was as confident in his U.S counterpart as we were at one Time...did Martin have a lapse in judgement due to the stresses of building a new home for the Holidays or running a Watch Company on top of a full time job...and being Married!:P...Yes and has taken responsibility by trying to make amends... but if no one here is willing to hear him out then let's just say so and Martin can continue to post on PMWF...the forum where he started out at as a WIS 1st years ago and then as Orsa Watchwatch2.gifI have never held Martin responsible for what happened to the project only for his final decision to stand by James and not letting us know upfront that this was James project ...who fed me with false info throughout and I can only imagine what he fed to Martinmistake.gif I have learned much from this experience and had a chance to meet and talk with Kent Parks in the process who is a humble WIS  and Good Guy and doing the mods on all the Orsa Sea Anglers now which I am glad to now know and Martin and myself have buried the hatchett...as for those who disagree that is fine as I am not asking anyone to change their opinions based on mine:)...but I am moving on towards a New Year and new found friendship with Martin and Orsa

KenC wrote: PAX, I agree, and to me, part of Berg's statement must be a public apology both here and on PMWF for his comments.  I also agree on you comments as to pricing of a 3T Orsa, if that is what is in the offing.

As to Berg's responsibility for Hendersen, you are absolutely right, but, he obviously made a bad judgement call as to his character....but then, I can remeber when I vehemently defended that scum-like watchshow host, JS, and Ernie made him a WUS moderator (lapses in judgement for, on my part, at least, I hope I am forgiven).

My point is only, let's hear Mr Berg out with an open mind and try to digest the information logically instead of emotionally and then, each come to our own conclusion based on fact rather than anger.............I, for one, am as angry as anyone.  I was truly looking forward to the Festivus, even though I knew I was getting gouged on it.  (Even $30 for S&H on a $12 package was indefensible.......and to think, that an individual of Hendersen's moral character is a high school guidance counselor!  mistake.gif

BTW.........I know you are so PO'd as to want to send me your Orange Sea Anglar, gratus....I will reluctantly accept it!!!subtlelaugh.gif

KC... hey don't feel bad about JS. You're not the only one to be fooled by the cretin... in fact I believe there is a forum which still bows down to him despite in questionable character and associations.

I am keeping an open mind, but as a person who does allow intuiton and emotion to influence decisons, I defer to the less emotinal and Spock like amongst us to follow the logic thread. My intuition still tells me to be wary, but I will not lob anything at Orsa unless given good reason.

By all rights there are a good number of us who should be wearing a Festivus now and would be were it not for Henderson's dalliances with reality. I am appalled this piece of dung is allowed to "counsel" young minds. and we wonder what's wrong with our country...

As for my Orangina... nice try but IXNAY HOMBRE!!

And I have read the post and am not trying to rain on your parade...

BUT...

The man did call you nuts, in a public forum. This was a VERY short time ago... With the amount of respect and man love I have for you, Oscar, this cannot be allowed to be out there without public acknowledgement and apology. You may be satisfied with Berg's private apology but you are owed more... that's not emotion...that's principle!!

I am not going to attack or undermine Berg, and I welcome him here and look forward to his statement. There is no reason we can't all be chums!! You are right... it is a new year and we will let bygones be bygones.

Please don't misinterpret my staunch stand for an apology as an act of hostility. as I stated before I believe you are owed this although your kind nature doesn't feel it is needed. I am damn certain there are others here that feel the same way...

I LOVE YOU MAN!!

I think there were some apologies that went back and forth................if the Big O is satisfied, then that should be good enough for us!

In my line of work there are always second third and fourth chances. But and this is a big But- I ALWAYS have to go with my instinct. Its what keeps me safe and able to come home to my family. With that said, I just don't like the way Orsa does buss. I agree with Pax all the way. I will respect Oscars wishes, and If he is fine with the man thats between them, But I have already been stiffed by Orsa once, weather Martin knew or not it is his buss. I would not run a buss, like that. Why did he not try to do right after he found out about james? Lets see what he does next.
