I've seen a lot of talk here about grails, but nobody seems to mention what they are going/saving for. So, how about saying what you are planning on getting. Or, hoping to get. :)

Is there ever truly a GRAIL watch? I thought it was the Submariner, but, nope. What do I lust after next? One of those SINN watches with the yellow tipped GMT hand - even without chrono. . .toon1.gif

Okay, okay.................a Grand Seiko GMT, but after I get that, I'll want something else.

I have had the 18k Rolex Presidential, Cartier's and all that "good" stuff.  I still have a TT Rolex GMT Master II and a TT Breiltling Windrider Chronomat (wife also has the "blizted out" diamond bezeled Rolex Justdate 18k Presidential and a TT Carier de Santos)....but I get a bigger kick out of getting a great deal on a Hammy, Zeno, Mink, Seiko or whatever) than I do out of owning a high dollar watch!

I forgot this one. It's the real obtainable "GRAIL' for me.

So far, I like the simplicity of the Sub, the Seiko and the Oris Fank Sinatra (without that strap though). All the ones posted are great choices. I agree though, Oscar's is a bit out there. subtlelaugh.gif
