I admit it - I'm new here.  So, "trade bait" - let me get this straight.  You bought Invicta watches in order to trade them to "Invictaphiles" for real watches in trades?

The depravity!  The shear Machiavellian thought that goes into such an endeavour just boggles the mind!

And believe me I did not mean to insinuate anything underhanded. I do like the way you refer to the "seperation" from Invicta. Seems to be happening to Invicta quite often!!

I know you didn' Pax!! If an Invicta has lasted in my possession for 3/4 years it is probably one of the Good Ones or still NIB!:P....and Trade Bait is exactly  why I  pick up some Invictas here and there to this day...everyone wants to see what started it all...it's part of the WIS experience! Most of us still have a secret stash of invictas, some are really rare. We just don't talk about them in the open.

You have to be on oscars secret forum to find out. Go ahead and pm him...... really:dude:

If I say the magic word, can I get in?  "Diablo II"...  The only one I have left (noone wanted it), tonneau with a purple dial... yeah, purple.... so offensive to the senses, my camera won't even let me take a picture of it!!

It's OK!  That was a one-time, self-expiring, public key 256-bit encrypted Orndorf cypher - noone would figure out that the real password is "eyal rocks"...  oh, damn...  sorry, Oscar...

Doc...............I told you when I invited you that this was a fine group of guys...........I just didn't define, "fine"! yourock.gif

Ok, I see your point Ken.  I mean fine can mean anything really - I guess what you are saying is that you use terms to mean what you want them to - sort of like the definition of "it" - right?

Ken,

So, changing the topic again are you???:dude:

Someone on this list saw my Review of the Mido Multifort Auto Chrono and suggested that it seemed lonely without its little brother.  They offered to help me reunite them.  So, here they are - reunited at last.  (That someone was Pax;)).

I'm enjoying the new Mido now.  I'm at least its 3rd owner but it looks great and wears well.  I don't think I'll be passing it along any time soon.hand6.gif
