Man, poor service really is frustrating, especially on something you paid a few hundred dollars on.  Invicta isn't the only one, and I know people that have had horrible experiences with a place and others that find service fantastic.  I hope the guy gets his watch fixed.  Based on a reluming incident which Invicta repaired for someone under warranty (2 areas were not lumed) and then the new lume mismatched and Invicta wouldn't fix it, I think even if they fix the watch, that scratch is there to stay.  (This is why I don't like painted bezels in the first place, but that is another story.)

Hmmmmmmmm.  He really should have practiced that more before taping.  Something strikes me as odd about his rant.  He says he purchased the watch from pokerstores.com and at the end he says something about anyone thinking about purchasing from these big shows.  I'm guessing he means Shop.  Which has nothing to do with his rant.  If it did.....He would have needed another 2 minutes .
