I got a fast reply from the AD. The "basic model" is US$4850 new. Sounds like there is some room for a discount, too, though as per normal, you have to phone or visit in person. All this JLC has got me fascinated by the Reverso watches - just a stainless Classique on a dark strap had got my heart aflutter. DOes this watch/timepiece stuff ever end? hearteyes.gif

Ah, this makes total sense. The difference between the basic classic design and a limited edition fancy model. I'm afraid that's so far out of my league I couldn't comprehend!
