 I think it's more like an enigma, wrapped in a puzzle, wrapped in some bacon and smothered in a savory sauce... :shock:

Who performs the modification and where is it done?

 Growing up, I supported Emmitt too. I still have my first #22 jersey my parents bought me YEARS ago!
