The Seadweller is still considered by most divers as the best dive watch..other than the computers they wear....lume is better against black....I will ask my Buddy why red is the worst....I read this as well on the EOT dive watch forumhand6.gif

AND, BLACK is better? face4.gif  What's the difference? :D

O, Did I mention RED is my favorite color? :D:D:D

The Buckeyes didn't choose black, blue or orange now did they?

They chose friggen RED

(Only a slimy, mud dwelling, reptile would want both an orange and a blue Monster.) :D:Dsmile25.gif

Not sure...could it have something to do with lume contrast?

I do like the look with the black chapter ring...what I do not like is the solid white hands.  I wish they had use the black outlined hands of the OM...have the same problem with the YM..and the Blue Monster simply got too busy and left me cold!

That said, I ain't paying over $200 for a Seiko with w 7Sxx movement...Unless it is a true LE!!!

I like the idea of a red monster, but must agree the black chapter ring ruins the look and it seems over priced. just mho
