Watch Modifications...

*( ..another way to truthfully say "New ?! ..No Honey, I've had this one a long time!)

I was fortunate enough to be aimed toward the up & coming Alphatime Watch Co some time ago.  Got hold of their 1000m diver and jotted down these impressions.

After enjoying the watch for a while, I got the itch to make some cosmetic changes like the "big boys" had been doing.  Ended up doing this.

I've recently acquired a Marathon SAR-D with the intention of making similar alterations.  Actual issue watch should make for an even more appropriate "Vintage Homage", ..No?

Be more than happy to chronicle it's transformation here on 3T if it would be of interest.

Heads?  ..Tails?  Whatcha think?

?

I would love to see the progress documented as well. That was an amazing transformation on that Tudorfish. The "before" did nothing for me. The "after" left me salivating!

Nice review on the Sawfish and a killer mod. What a handsome beast!!

I would certainly be interested to watch a work in progress as you mod a Marathon. Great stuff and the Marathon bed is a great jumping off point...

Danny,

What mods were you thinking about doing?

I think it would be real interesting to see.
