It's definitely a cool look; but I think the temp guage kinda overpowers the dial a little, and the date at 1 oclock unbalances it a tad... imho of course. I prefer the original Engineer Master II diver - should be getting one of those this month or next if I can squeeze it in between everything else thats incoming... ![]()

Well now, I disagree, I don't think it overpowers at all. I think there was some thought of a theme here. The temp guage and the second markers above it clearly keep an "archway" kind of look. I agree the date is out of sync with that look. I think if you stuck the date at 12 or 6 then off set the crown to 4 and moved the crown for the bezel to 8 then you'd have a nicely balanced watch. But that's just me picking at nits. Over all, I like the watch and would by one if it was just a tiny bit smaller.

Not bad! But hey, I think it is not so approperiate for US guys cos the Temp is in degree Celsius not Fahrenheit. ![]() But I think that world record was broken by CARLOS COSTE which ORIS made a model for the latter.:)

Personally, I like it. I like most of what Ball churns out as a matter of fact.

While I prefer Hydrocarbons, that watch is HOT! I think Ball did a nice job of offering a watch with unique complications and interesting dial while still keeping it very readable. I'm a huge fan of Ball watches, and am wearing my Engineer Hydrocarbon Alligator as I type this.
