Not familiar with them, although I have seen them popping up on the bay. The photo shown above though doesnt match the description - there is no offset second hand at 9 oclock... :shock:

I think Ticino translates in English to "Cheap Chinese Copy". I saw that watch on Ebay. I am a sucker for the California dial, but it's way too much of a Panerai copy.
