This bizarre thing is called the Zeno Pino Maschine. It is not in the current Zeno catalog; comes in either metal band or leather. Apparently an "original" design by some artist named Tinguely.

The only sources I have found so far won't ship to the USA (Urhen Shop in Germany).

eBay is not any help, so far. The price seems to be somewhere around $100.

Thanks,

Jim
