Man, I swore off Invicta AND SlopNBC a while ago, but I was "window shopping" over there and found the Instrumental in Black IP with both straps on clearance for $159.  Pretty good deal.  Add in a 15% off coupon and free shipping for using Paypal and it comes to my door for $135.99.  SMOKIN' deal!  My fingers are crossed that it'll show up new and unused (around the middle of January), but if not Slop's liberal return policy will come in handy.  Not much risk for a watch I always kinda liked...

Same as yours, buddy!  C'mon, that combo looks too sweet!! (Besides, orange was sold out... not that I would have chosen it over the green!)

It was your pics and endorsement of this watch that made me decide to pull the trigger.  Soooo... thanks! :)

I ended up getting the same one as you did tony.  I liked the one with the gold front but there was just something about the green one all in black and 2 straps to go with it.snoopy1.gif

Me thinks ya' did the right thing....the leather strap is more B&R'sh than the Carbon but both are very well made.

My Paypal order was cancelled by SNBC yesterday because "despite their best efforts" they could not authorize my credit card.  I reordered using Paypal again (hey, I want free shipping!).  Let's see what happens this time...

I also get the backorder message, although it also says expected delivery Jan 23rd, is that the same message you get?
