Hi everyone,

my girl friend recently got me a Trias Accapella and I would like to know how to hand wind the watch when I'm not wearing it. I don't want to ruin the watch since it's my first automatic watch and a gift from my girl friend.

Marc at Island Watch can answer that best, but typically, give it about 20 - 30 "winds" a day!

Not too familiar with the movement used in this watch, but it should wind clockwise and as its an auto should only take a few winds to get it moving. Let's see that bad boy. And of course, welcome to 3T!!

Welcome aboard 3T - the Accapella is a very cool skeletonized watch, even the rotor is.  Did you get the II or III version?   Best thing to do, imho, would be to get yourself a winder to keep it on when not on your wrist.  And yes, lets see some pics when you  can... hand6.gif

I wouldn't worry about a winder but without knowing what movement is in the watch and how many revolutions per day it needs to stay wound I can only say as Ken did ,,,,give it 30 days of wear to break it in and then give it about 20-30 winds total per day to keep it running.....10-15 winds at night before bed and then again when you wake and you should be fine as long as you are wearing it daily watch2.gif
