Thanks Chris. I passed on one GW fir sale on WUS because he wanted 1600$ when the 4 I saw the past two months went for 1150-1250$. Was just out of my price range. There is one FS on TZ but he won't answer my email and seems to want a local trade only. :( my company requires me to take a 2-weeker every year for control purposes! Last year went to France visit my family for Xmas. This year we decided to rent a House in the Gulf of Mexico for a real cool beach relaxing and fun family vaca. We re driving back to Jax Saturday then to NC Sunday. Wednesday kids start school, it'll be first time in Big Girl school for Z, she is super excited!
