Darn it, I think I love that 3T Orsa!  I have been so in the doghouse lately...the bills came :P

Slava "Speedmeter" auto to church today, then switched over to a Seiko mil style chrono to set up our brand new Cub Scout Pinewood Derby track.   I ordered it last November, it just came a week ago.  It is all anodized aluminum and replaces our ancient wooden track that took hours to set up.  The new track was a breeze to put together.  Now I just have to order a new timer, the old one was custom fit to the old track and won't retrofit to the new :(

I love Pinewood Derby, my older son was Pack and District champ last year, now he is a Boy Scout.  Time to work with my younger son on getting a championship, especially since we are hosting the District derby this year, at the local Mall no less...

Cheers,
Griff

Thanks Steve!  I know it was an LE but it isn't numbered.  It has a glass back showing the rough Russian movement too :)  The original strap was awful, it is on an H-R brown double padded strap now, very comfortable.
One of my favorite Russians, after my Strela and Gagarin Sturmanskie reissue.

Cheers,
Griff
