Yes it is an old manualwind russian medical watch with a 15-base pulsemeter. So you count 15 beats of puls and see the result on the dial. The make is "Slava".

Quick afternoon switchup to the new Seiko5 "Franken Monster"...  this puppy is huge, yet comfy and of course has that super Seiko lume...  I put it on a leather strap for now, awaiting a 4-ring black Zulu with lo-lite hardware...





...and thanks to Marc at IW for getting this one out to me fast... hand6.gif
