This beauty arrived a few days ago.  Been wearing it for the last couple of days and this is a very nice watch.  Pretty big at 45mm without the crowns.  Very smooth internal bezel.  Surprisingly, this watch has been spot on for the last two days...hasn't gained or lost even one second.  Uses the Unitas 6498 movement.....just love the display back and the tic-tic-tic is nice.  One doesn't often see this watch, so thought I'd post a few Q&D pics....hope you enjoy.  If anyone else happens to own this model...would love to hear your comments.

I owned one but sold it. The watch was a beauty, but with no 1/2 links it was too big or too small and the non screw down bezel crown bugged me.

Timing was as you state excellent and it wound so smoothhand6.gif Nice catch.

Great comments Tony.  I found the same thing with the bracelet.  The sellers wrist was about the same size as mine so the watch fit right out of the box...but it was a bit on the snug side.  I added a link and darn...bit too loose.  Then I started to look at the removed links and noticed they weren't all the same size....some were a bit smaller than others...soooo, I took out one of the smaller links and replaced it with one of the slightly larger links and volia - it now fits just perfect.  Just something I happen to stumble upon.  If anyone else has this same problem....take a look at your links.

Had the same thought on the screw down for the timing bezel....I very seldom use them and so far I haven't accidently rotated it...so no big deal for me as of yet.  Started out thinking it is a negative for me....now thinking it's a plus.  If I ever do use it - don't have to unscrew the crown, set timing and screw back in :D

Thanks Pax....yeah, it a pretty good size but not too large.  I was getting away from the larger watches, e.g. Enzo, LM3, etc.  This ones not super thick so feels and wears better for me.....oh....the lug with is 24mm, so lots of strap options available.

Good looking watch, I like the dial layout and the use of yellow. Nice pickup!

Thanks for the comments guys.  Since I found out how to fine tune the fitting of the bracelet - I'm really liking this watch. :D
