I like the crispy clean dial and inner bezel of the GMT. Nice acquisition.

Very nice, ZACK...and anything beats the Hamilton oem khaki strap.  Both my Hammies came on the oem khaki strap.....they just don't fit right or do the watch justice.   I like your rugged straps!

The NATO strap is the factory Hamilton NATO. I agree that it is basically a terrible strap. Too short, thin, flimsy, etc.

Right now I have factory metal bracelets for both, one factory rubber frogman strap, one strap with a deployant. I use a Watchadoo on the X-wind sometimes. I had a Watchadoo for the GMT but they made the lugs an incredibly stupid 21mm wide.

For the price, a lot of the factory leather straps are just junk imo. I bought the one leather one for the deployant. I want to make some kind of croc strap for it. But the deployant isn't the best and it is only 20mm wide and accepts only very thin straps so I am not sure what I am going to do with it.

The rubber strap is nice, but since it doesn't really fit the GMT, I will just steal its double tang buckle to make another strap.

For some reason the factory metal bracelet helps make the GMT seem bigger. I tried putting a 24mm black suede strap on it but the strap dwarfed the watch and made it look tiny.

So I am still exploring my options.
