Just got this from another wis, chris 5264. he had it sandblasted,

put on a new ar coated sapphire and then flipped to me at a great price.

i don't know anything about chase-durer, but this model is very, very well

made, both case and bracelet.

I don't own any Chase-Durer watches, but their automatics are well made from what I hear. Congrats on the new pickuphand6.gif.

Congrats one nice looker. The sandblast is sweet and that blue rubber really sets off that beautiful blue dial. Enjoy. ;)

this was my first blasted finish, so i didn't know what to expect.

on this one, the subdued look seems to go well. i don't know if

the blue strap is rubber or silicon, but its thick, flexable and compfortable.

I was watching that one. It was a great price! But I was unsure of the bead blasting part. Nice score-congrads.

daa,

i'm like you. i was very hesitant, i even called iww to see what

a refinish would cost, in case i liked the watch but not the finish.

but when he  went to 350 , i figured i could flip it and not lose much.

i got lucky and love it.

Wow Tusk.  Better get a tool box for that bad boy...a BIG tool box.  That thing looks like it's built like a tank.
