This is my all time favorite Omega - the Speedmaster Day/Date 3520.53.00 a.k.a. "Mk40"!

This is the original Michael Schumacher watch, and it features an Omega modified Valjoux 7751 automatic movement.  I had one of these previously that I foolishly sold off.   Lucky for me I was able to acquire this one which is actually in better shape than the first one I owned.  It really is in amazing condition considering that it is at least 10 years old!  All the functions work perfectly, and even the lume still kicks it like it was brand new!

I simply love the gray dial combined with red, yellow, and white hand colors.  This is the only watch I've ever kept on a winder just because it takes awhile to set if you let it stop running.. :)

Of course I like the Speedmaster bracelet, but I think I'll be putting this on a genuine Omega double ridge strap like the one shown in the Omega advertisement below.

Brian...that is one of the most beautiful watches I have seen in a long time.  I just love that combo of colors on the dial.  I would love to have one...but just too much $$$ for me.  Congrats on a very nice pickup.
