Beautiful...simply beautiful...strap sucks!

Mine just came in, and Tony is right...THE STRAP IS CRAP!  While it is comfortable, it is too thin (the case is much "taller" than the MKII), and the stupid angle cut end makes it difficult to feed thru the buckle.

The bezel insert is great, ...it is domed acrylic...and hard to turn with the polished, "non-knurled" outer edge.  My bezel is not sloppy at all and does align precisely.   My initial though on purchasing this was to flip the Stingray 50, but now, I have my doubts...the Precista feels a little more "casual dress looking for a nice leather strap" whereas the MKII Stingray feels more functional and utilitarian.

No...that Stingray looks like it WAS Tony's!  yahoo.gif

I thought they would be so similar that it would demand the trading or selling of one or the other...but not so...step away from the Sale's Forum! yourock.gif

Whoever they were, it's a Great Freaking Idea. I've been contemplating the exact same thing for my Stingray when it arrives. Great pickup KenThumbsUp02.gif, I kinda eyeballed a couple of those on a couple of the sales forums, just to get some sorta pseudo instant gratification.
